What is Data-Collect by IBEM®?

IBEM's Email Marketing can be enhanced by IBEM's Data-Collect -- our innovative online product that allows you to obtain information you need from your customers in order to better serve them! Data-Collect -- plain and simply -- allows you to collect data and will put you closely in touch with statistics, needs and desires of your clients or members.

What does IBEM mean?

IBEM is the abbreviation for Internet Based Email Marketing. IBEM's Email-Marketing and Data-Collect products are a dynamic communication duo!

Does IBEM require me to sign a contract when using Email Marketing and Data-Collect?

No! We will ask you to sign our license agreement, but that's it.

What is the policy of your license agreement?

Can I cancel my IBEM account whenever I want?

Yes! IBEM will allow you to cancel your account at any time. There will be no questions asked other than -- "Is there anything else we can do to better serve you?" -- since helping your business is our number one goal.

IBEM's 30-Day Free Trial

How many email addresses am I allowed to include in my Email Marketing account during my 30-day trial period?

You will be given a limit of 300 emails during your 30-day trial period. If your 30-day trial is complete, but you have not used your free 300 emails by that time, you will directed to IBEM's payment options.

What happens if I go over my limit of 300 e-mail limit before my trial expires?

A notification will be sent to you by email informing you that you've reached the maximum emails allowed during your trial period. We will recommend that you sign-up for an IBEM Email Marketing plan that will serve your marketing needs.

What products do I get for my monthly fee?

Email Marketing

You can create unlimited Email Marketing campaigns of under 50,000 emails for each campaign. A specific date and time will be scheduled for the "release" of your Email Marketing campaign emails.

You will receive Unlimited IBEM support: email, online chat and phone -- toll-free in the US.

You'll have access to our online educational/enrichment resources: IBEM's Edu-Center, FAQ Facility, Supportive Blog Nook, and IBEM's User Family Area, and IBEM's "Business Sense" newsletter.

You'll also have access to these IBEM tools:

You will have unlimited use of Data-Collect for an email list size that is under 50,000 emails

If I sign-up for both Email Marketing and DataCollect is there a reduced rate for getting both of these products?

Yes! As a thank-you to you for purchasing both of these products, you will only be required to pay half price for the second product. If you complete the chart below, our pricing specialists will be able to tell you exactly what your savings for your needs will be.

What other discounts does IBEM offer?

IBEM offers discounts when you pre-pay for services and/or your business is of a non-profit status. Please review discount tables on pricing section of site.

What payment plans do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. Checks will also be accepted when opting for a pre-payment plan explained above. All transaction are with paypal inc. online and over the phone. For larger marketing campaigns(over 25 000 emails) please call our toll free number at: 1-877-963-7283.

Am I still required to pay the normal monthly fee if I do not send out any Email Marketing campaigns or use Data-Collect during a particular month?

Yes! The monthly fee is standard even if you don't use IBEM's products during a certain month. The reason for this is because even if you don't use the Email Marketing and Data-Collect products during a certain month, IBEM still has to work 'behind the scenes' on your behalf while managing your new sign-ups and various other aspects of your Marketing accounts.

Billing

Please explain the monthly fee?

The number of varying emails attached to your Email Marketing and Data-Collect account determines the amount of your first charge. For instance, if you have 1000 different e-mail address attached to your account, your first charge would be $20.00. Your Data-Collect fee would be ½ off since you get IBEM's second product for a 50-percent discount.

Your Monthly Charge is dependant upon the highest number of subscribers you had in your account during the previous month. For instance, if your billing date is September 1, you will be billed that day for the highest number of individual email addresses attached to your account during August. So if in August, your marketing campaign is 1200 emails, you will get charged the 20 dollars based on the table of pricing.

When I add an additional product to my account, does my billing date change?

No! We will keep your billing date as is and simply show the date that you added your new product on one of your bills.

When does my credit card get billed?

Your credit card will only be billed if you opt to sign up for IBEM's Email Marketing and Data-Collect products after your free 30-day trial period. Because that 30-day trial comes at no cost to you, no credit card information is required at that time. However, once your free trial has ended, we will ask you if you would like to continue using IBEM's products. If so, it is not until that time we will ask for your credit card information and bill you accordingly.

Would it be more economical to download Email Marketing software?

We don't think so since IBEM's free 30-day all-inclusive trial allows you to be hands-on with so many of our products/features. (Refer to the E-mail Marketing and Data-Collect features list to review exactly what you would receive from IBEM.) Plus, we don't think anything can beat the fact that no technical expertise is needed to use our user-friendly products and IBEM's free, live support that you'll get via email, online chat and/or telephone.

If you download Email Marketing software, you may be limited to the use of a certain computer, however, with IBEM, you can sign on to your account from any computer, any day, any time!

What will my free 30-day trial consist of for Email Marketing and Data-Collect ?

You will get to try out all of IBEM's "Email Marketing" and "Data-Collect" features listed at A comprehensive look at Email Marketing by IBEM. When you create your IBEM account, you will see options for a 30-day trial for Email Marketing by IBEM®, Data-Collect by IBEM®, or both.

Can I skip the 30-day trial and immediately sign up for IBEM's Email Marketing and Data-Collecting?

Yes! You can skip the 30-day trial, however, you still need to proceed as though you are setting up a trial account. After clicking on "I'm sampling IBEM's Email Marketing" button, you can create your non-trial account by entering your credit card information. Remember, no credit card information is needed for the 30-day trial.

If I have already paid for one product, can I still receive a free 30-day trial for the other?

Yes! For the trial product you are requesting, you will simply click the appropriate "I'm sampling... ..." button to be able to access that product.

Size of Email Marketing and Data-Collect Lists

How many email addresses can I include on my lists?

While our 30-day trial limits you to 300 e-mail addresses, once you begin paying for your product(s), there is no limit as to how many email addresses you can include on your lists. See our Pricing Chart for more information about prices per size of email lists.

Can I use email lists on IBEM that I have rented or purchased?

No! Email lists that are rented or purchased are not allowed by IBEM. We have an ANTISPAM policy that you can refer to for additional information.

When the size of my email contact list changes, does my billing price change, too?

Yes! The size of your Email Marketing list determines the price of your monthly bill. If the addresses on your list increase, so does your price. If the email addresses decrease, your billing price does, too. Each month, we view your list from the previous month and bill you according to the largest number of separate email addresses you used for your campaign(s). If you opt to pre-pay for 12 or 6 months, your monthly payment will remain the same each month, however. A 15% or 20% discount is given to customers who opt to pre-pay.

Is there a limited number of responses I can receive when utilizing IBEM's Data-Collect?

Yes! This depends on the size of your email contact list. Please see our pricing chart to determine your limits for Data-Collect responses.

Do I get charged if I go over my monthly Data-Collect response limit?

We charge a small fee for this. $0.02 cents will be charged for each response over your limit

Since I am not paying during my 30-day free trial, what will my Data-Collect response limit be during that time?

Like your Email Marketing contacts, 300 will be the limit for your Data-Collect responses during your free 30-day trial. You will not be limited in this area once you begin paying for the products.

What happens to my Data-Collect service after my 30-day trial ends?

We will "house" your Data-Collect responses which will be made available to you again as soon as you begin paying for the product.

What is the procedure for building my contact list for IBEM's Email Marketing and Data-Collect during my free trial?

IBEM's easy-to-follow "Be Our Guest" feature will "walk" you through the necessary steps to building your contact list, which remains a free feature even after your 30-day trial period! You will not have to pay for the product until your Email Marketing and Data-Collect campaigns become live!

Does IBEM keep track of the contacts who decide to sign in and out of any Email Marketing and/or Data-Collect campaigns I administer?

Yes! It is our job and our pleasure to take care of this aspect of your business. When someone submits their email address into the IBEM Sign-Up feature on your web stie, IBEM will receive that email and/or Data-Collect information for you and place it into your account. As far as removing contacts and related information from your list, your emails will include an "Unsubscribe" link that will allow customers to easily and safely unsubscribe from your list. You'll be able to ensure your customers that their information will automatically be removed.
