The trial account will provide you with 5 Email Campaigns, 1 Live Public/Private Survey and a mailing list limit of 100 and Survey respondents of 200. If at any time, the numbers of your limits exceed the trial. You will be prompted to upgrade to a paid account via mail.

What software do I need to run IBEM?

You can access your IBEM account via a web browser. You'll need either Microsoft Internet Explorer 6+ (for PC), Firefox (for Mac, PC, and Linux), or Safari (for Mac).

Right now our Email editor only works on Firefox, so it's recommended that you do not use one of the other browsers above to create your emails.

When will I have to start paying?

You can set up your account, send a couple of campaigns and give the tyres a good kick before you'll need to spend a cent.

When you exceed the trial limitation of 5 email campaigns and/or 1 Live Public/private survey, our system will automatically tell you to Upgrade. Read more about this over at Pricing.
